係指外國帳戶稅收遵從法（Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act，FATCA），其內容係要求外國金融機構（Foreign Financial Institution，FFI）必須與美國國家稅務局 （Internal Revenue Service,IRS）簽定外國金融機構協定（Foreign Financial Institution Agreement，FFIA），同意遵守FATCA規定，協助美國政府辨識客户是否為美國 納稅義務人，並將「美國納稅人」的海外帳戶資料，提供給IRS。
本行已向IRS註冊為FATCA法案合規之金融機構，並自2014年7月1日(含)起實施FATCA之相關規定。
